AVOCADO AND APPLE SALAD WITH SEA VEGETABLES
2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1 small avocado, pitted, peeled, and thinly sliced
1 fuji apple, peeled, cored and julienned
3 ounces sea vegetable mix
Whisk together the olive oil and lemon juice in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add the avocado, apple and sea vegetables. Gently toss.
